About Luchazie Construction
Building Trust, Quality, and Communities Across San Diego, Texas
Our Story
Family-Owned and Proudly Serving Our Community
What began as a small general store in 2008 has grown into one of the region's most trusted construction companies.
Luchazie Construction officially launched in 2012 with the completion of its first home and from there, business quickly took off.

After building several rental properties word spread about their quality craftsmanship, and demand steadily increased. A major turning point came through their partnership with Wyatt Ranches, whose steady stream of projects has been instrumental in Luchazie's growth. By entrusting them with a wide variety of work, Wyatt Ranches provided both opportunity and visibility, helping Luchazie build the strong portfolio it has today.
Now, Luchazie Construction employs 56 people and is managing 16 active projects across South Texas. Their clients include cities, school districts, and municipalities—a testament to their reputation for reliability and excellence in public-sector work. Notable projects include the upcoming Agua Dulce City Hall, a park restructure for the City of Bishop, a future park renovation in Corpus Christi, and work at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi.

In addition to construction, the company provides fire extinguisher services, making them a versatile partner for local governments and institutions. With guidance from the Del Mar College APEX Accelerator, Luchazie Construction has enhanced its government contracting expertise and continues to earn repeat business from cities and schools throughout the region. Their story is one of steady growth, community focus, and the power of strong partnerships.
